Commercial Hot Water Units By Eathlinked®
Earthlinked Commercial Hot Water heaters combine all of the benefits of the Goethermal Heating and Cooling technology and the Hot Water capabilities in a unit that is specially designed for commercial water heating. A single unit contains the compressor, heat exchanger and Water circulating pump in one cabinet.
Proven Performance
Field testing by the US EPA verified up to 75% energy savings and avoidance of the emission of up to 7,000 pounds of CO2 and 50 Lbs of Nitric Oxide per ton of heat pump capacity each year when compared to electric resistance water heating (Up to 42,000 pounds of CO2 and NOx each year by a six ton system).
In most applications the typical Earthlinked Geothermal Commercial Water Heating systems provide pre-heated water to 120 gallon water heater tanks. As hot water is used, the pre-heated water is transferred to one or more commercial water heaters that further heat the water to the required use temperature, maintain that level, and provide redundancy. Used in combination with traditional gas or electric systems, this becomes a powerful hybrid that increases system capacity, reliability and efficiency.
This is the most economic way to preheat large quantities of cold water. It is the best solution available in the market for motels, multifamily dwellings, healthcare facilities, food processors and restaurants. The possible uses are limitless.

A commercial hot water user with an Earthlinked system installed at a cost of $15,000.00, using 2,000 gallons of hot water per day, at an electric rate of $.10/kWh, where the system raises the water temperature from the earth's 65 degrees F to 115 degrees F, and the electric resistance element heats the last 10 degrees to 125 F, saves $6,681.00 annually when compared to doing the same job with an electric water heater only.
The cost recovery in that case would be 2.2 years with a Return On Investment of 45.4%. If the cost for the same system was $20,000.00 the payback would be within 3 years and the Return On Investment 33.9%.
