Monte Jefferson, President
Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Monte has spent the better part of the past 25 years in the residential and light commercial building industry. From renovation to new construction to specialty builds, he has done it all. A traditional framer and builder by trade, Monte has transformed into an energy-efficient builder by choice. He is driven by pure passion to re-educate the world on a better way to use energy in their homes and daily lives. In the last 5 years he has taken a lead in the market, erecting more than 50 SIPS homes, and installing hundreds of Solar Water Heaters and Geothermal Heat Pump Systems. His understanding of the systems and how they work together has been gained through detailed, hands-on experience. Monte's has an in-depth knowledge of the products and services HEI sells, and a heart-felt belief that we are setting the example for the future of Home Building. His vision, passion and drive set the urgent tone for the company giving us all a clear picture of where we want to be in the market: out in front.
